Robot Toy Identification!!?

We have a robot toy, about 2 ft tall. It looks a lot like Voltron, but isn’t.

It has a phoenix-like head, cat and shark arms, normal legs and a large circular "powerorb" in the middle of it’s chest. There are no trademarks, Made In USA imprints, NO sort of identification for company/year at all!!
